Okuma stratejisi
Önce başlık, kişi, yer ve zaman bilgilerini hızlıca tara. Sonra sorunun istediği ayrıntıyı belirle. Why gerekçe, how often sıklık, where yer, when zaman sorar. Çıkarım metindeki kanıtlara dayanmalıdır.
Hap bilgi: Cevabı yazmadan önce soru sözcüğünü işaretle.

Dil kullanımı ve söz varlığı
Sözcüğü cümledeki görevine göre kullan. Özne-fiil uyumu, zaman ifadesi ve bağlayıcı anlamı birlikte denetlenir. Cümle anlamını korumak, yalnız bir eki doğru yazmaktan daha önemlidir.
